Baremetal/RTOS with Milk-V Duo

Are there any resources official or not about running Milk-V Duo baremetal or with RTOS? I only see threads about Linux everywhere.

Try RTOS blinky. It starts straight away, no need to load Linux.

Yes, it runs on the little core, with the big core free to run Linux or do anything else (or nothing). @kinsa beat me to linking the example of something other than Linux on the big core.
