Debian x64 apt install android-sdk-ext4-utils and get error

/etc/apt/sources.list to append a line such as,

deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian buster main

then run some command

sudo apt update 
sudo apt install  android-sdk-ext4-utils

Ubuntu 22.04 & Debian 12 do not need the “android-sdk-ext4-utils” package
