How can I use ustreamer/mjpeg-streamer on Mars?

I cloned mjpeg-streamer and ustreamer from github.

so, I ran make, the build success.

however, when I start mjpeg-streamer, it says

Inappropriate ioctl for device

I using Logitech C270, docs states it is supported.

If you have solution for this, please teach me.

[st_video] error: Can’t find sensor
