HOWTO: OpenSUSE Tumbleweed with dedicated GPU ATI Radeon HD 5850

I have created a HOWTO compile the kernel 6.6 (With AMDGPU support) and create a rootfs for OpenSUSE Tumbleweed + KDE for the Milk-V Jupiter.

Used with the U-Boot 2022.10spacemit (Jun 06 2024 - 09:32:38 +0800) on flash (what was already on it when I received it).
