Is the support for Pioneer/SG2042 being mainlined in the Linux kernel?

Hi,

I talked to a Linux distribution developer who said the most recent Linux kernel he has that works for the Pioneer, is the build 6.1.80-0-sophgo .

Is work going on to push the patches for the Sophon SG2042 and Pioneer motherboards into mainline Linux, how is it going?

This should be the only viable way for Pioneer to have lasting support in various Linux distributions, right.
