had someone try to integrate the OV2640 camera (24 pins)with the CV1800B chip, to create a new PCB module similar to the Milk-V Duo but with a cheaper, more accessible, and well-known camera

Don’t worry, I just think what I could write in Chinese with the automatic translator 
I attended a Chinese course and realised that for me 21 letters of the alphabet and 10 numeric digits are more than enough. I’m Italian.

I think it isnt possible in normal way, CV1800B doesnt support parallel line interface cameras, only MIPI. If you really need this thing, you can use second core for bit banding, but it is some… weird?
