Processor fan connector

Does anybody know exactly what connector’s used for the processor’s fan?

I’ve already bought several connectors, and the one used on Milk-V Jupiter’s still smaller.

I can’t find any documentation for exactly what connector’s actually being used on the board.

I saw in one of Explaining Computers’s Jeff Geerling’s videos that he used a Radxa Heatsink 4012 which lined up perfectly, except he had to replace the thermal pads on the bottom as the chips are aligned differently to the Rock 5B.

The Radxa docs describe this as

a 2-pin, 1.25 mm pitch, 5V DC fan connector

(I’ve lost the video now though :frowning: In this one he uses a heat sink only)

2-Pin 1.25mm Pitch Connector
I installed this on the Milk-V Jupiter, although without the logo.

I used that Fan. Was pretty loud. Switched to a large passive heat sink that I justed glued on. No thermal issues,

Milk-V community!

Found the connector we’ve all been looking for: 2pin MX1.25mm.

We’ll probably spend the weekend to identify the polarity and splice them together, but I’ll post result when there’s free time.

Thanks for the help and I’m still looking for a large passive heatsink for those us that prefer no moving parts—sucks this discovery comes when I’m moving over to the HiFive Premier P550 as I’ve already started re-working Jupiter OS.
