If this is via RNDIS (network interface over USB), then please check whether the cable is working and your computer detects the board right. By default, the board should start blinking — if it doesn’t, that may be a bad sign.
If your computer detects the board and has proper drivers, it should create a virtual network interface and obtain IPv4 parameters via DHCP from Milk-V Duo’s DHCP server within 192.168.42.1/24 network.
