I found very similar cases on AliExpress, available in different sizes. They are called k66, k77, k88 and k99 (Youth Edition).

thanks for the info. found on amazon as the K77 larger handle offset, yuck and k66 maybe to small but the handle is centered.

Oh, on AliExpress, the handle did not look like having an offset (perhaps you can mount it in different places?). The k66 is described as a Mini ITX case, the k77 as a Micro ATX in the listing I posted.
